Aircraft Carrier Footage in Pacific

“No soldier outlives a thousand chances. But every soldier believes in chance and trusts his luck.”
―Erich Maria Remarque

A soldier is a man who presses his luck with love and courage as guiding principles. He puts his life to the test and even sacrifice his life if needed, to serve his country and people. He bravely faces the terror of war to give peace and freedom to his country and fellowmen.

Our soldiers possess courage unlike any other. They face endless battles which can end their lives, but nevertheless, they kept fighting and surviving to make our country a better place to live and to give all of us a better life.

These soldiers are our heroes and to do our part, we must provide everything they need. We must ensure that they are well taken care of for them to have a chance at winning their battles. We need to support them in their endeavor and this is done by providing them a home during war.

The aircraft carrier became the home for some of our soldiers during World War II, but it became more than just a home. The aircraft carrier supplanted the battleship as king of the sea. This ship changed how naval wartime was fought. The ship was a 3500 community equipped with everything the soldiers needed.

During the course of war, fear was always present but our soldiers needed to react to war even at a moment’s notice. They always have to be on their toes in order to respond to every threat of war. They faced numerous battles to protect their home, their ship and in the end, it was all worth it.

The battle was won because of all the sacrifices of pilots, crews and naval allies who changed the course of war against Germany. To relive their story, let’s watch the video below. It will give you a close up look into the lives of thousands of sailors who sailed aboard the aircraft carrier ship.

In every battle, the end is unknown. It can bring victory or defeat. For soldiers, some may stay alive to tell their tale, while others may have to sacrifice their lives.
